ICF Professional Certified Coach - Level 2
This education is for you who is passionate about helping others in their professional career and personal development. You are goal oriented and want to achieve the best and highest results both for yourself and for others. You are committed to focus your energy and drive for reaching this goal. No matter if you already work as a coach or if you have a management or leadership position, this education will improve your leadership and coaching skills.
Our intention is to equip you with the best professional tools in the field of coaching and leadership.
The programme
These 16 days Coaching Education consists of 2 Blocks. Every Block consists of 8 training days, Mentor Coaching, Observed Sessions and other assignments compulsory for successful completion of your education.
The final part of the programme to receive your Level 2 certificate is Performance Evaluation, also included in the fee.
Level 2 certificate alowes you to apply for ACC or PCC credentialing at ICF at any time.
The whole education is based on the core competencies defined by ICF, (International Coaching Federation) to support professional coaches on a global market.

Once you have received the certificate for successful completion of Coaching Education issued by CoachCompanion, you may begin the credentialing process at ICF. Upon receiving your application for desired credentialing (ACC or PCC) you will be guided to take the written examination, conducted by ICF*.
* ICF application for the international credentialing is not included in the fee.
CoachCompanion aims to achieve the highest passing score of our participants at the ICF’s examination platform. We will partner with you throughout the whole process. Your goal is our goal!

PCC
Syftet med certifieringssystemet är att säkerställa kvaliteten på coaching runt om i världen enligt ICF:s etiska standarder. ICF har utformat elva kärnkompetenser som varje coach bör besitta.
Hos ICF finns tre certifieringsnivåer och varje nivå innehåller specifika krav som ska vara uppnådda. PCC är det andra steget.
