• In this Elevating Team Impact course, you will learn how to:

  • Recognise the increasing role of teams today, and the need to quickly form a firm but flexible foundation that will enable their work.
  • Create collaborative dynamics within the team that leverage diverging ideas and use conflict productively to craft the best solutions.
  • Build effective external relationships that extend the team’s expertise, strengthen their capabilities and support their efforts.
  • Use the work to accelerate team development, and share both the learning and the credit with the extended team.
