Problem Solving in the Workplace
New manager is a fundamental leadership training program. As a new manager, there are many new areas you need to familiarize yourself with. You need to understand what the role of a manager entails in terms of responsibilities and authority. Being able to communicate as a manager, conducting various conversations, and handling conflicts are other essential tasks. Our training for new managers teaches you to see the big picture in leadership, and you acquire knowledge that gives you the confidence to shoulder the responsibility. What makes our training unique is that you, as a participant, bring a workplace challenge from your everyday work and apply it throughout the training. >>
This gives you an opportunity to learn how to handle real situations effectively while receiving support and coaching from our experienced trainers before, during, and after the training.
We will coach you for a year
Research shows that up to 80 percent of the effectiveness of training efforts depends on what happens before and after the course. We carefully measure the effects and coach participants at 3, 6, and 12 months after the end of the training. Our goal is to support your development through individual coaching and tailored guidance. With our continuous presence, you will experience long-term change and growth as a leader.
Leadership can be challenging, especially when you are new to the role. It can be overwhelming to take over a new department or team, difficult to balance being a part of the team while also being a leader, and tough to delegate tasks to your employees.
